Very possible that this is the worst service I have ever seen at a marina. They are closed weekends. Today being a beautiful Saturday Labor Day weekend and no staff anywhere to be seen. Took weeks to get ahold of someone in charge who could help with simple questions concerning There is a rather pleasant girl who answers the phone. She is just a student and knows nothing but she is nice on the phone. They have a ship store, haha. Ship store. My boat has a larger inventory of supplies then the so called store. I understand they are undergoing a major renovation next year. From what I have seen of this management that should be a complete nightmare. I would never recommend that anyone use this facility

Professional, efficient and pleasant! Andrew (the manager) was very accommodating in confirming an appointment to troubleshoot a few issues with the boat. Miles (the mechanic), patiently stepped through the different problems and fixed them one by one, leaving the boat top shape and clean. These guys understand what customer experience means.

First day of valet service. They took the time to lift my boat, bunk it and then loded me into the lake for the 1st ride of the season. Thank you!!
