If you have never experienced the ultimate in professional, courteous, and respectful service, you need to visit Shelburne Eyeworks. My 93 year old mother needed new glasses. We brought her here out of convenience, and our experience with them was superlative. My mom was treated like a queen. Not only that, but the service and end product were impeccable.

Absolutely fantastic people, very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help any one that comes through the door. I always get my sunglasses here because of all of the great options, and both Greg and Sheila always point me in the best direction for glasses for work, fishing, and just day to day activities.

Beware, this place is a scam. Dr. Weintraub and the entire team at Shelburne Eyeworks will put profits before your health. After spending $364 on eye exams for my husband and myself, they refused to measure my pupillary distance so I could order prescription glasses elsewhere that are within my price point and means. Shelburne Eyeworks frames start at $150 (before lenses, which they upsell coatings that continue to increase the price point) and based on my needs, I would not have been able to acquire glasses for less than $300 at their store. Additionally, their customer service is deplorable. When I asked if they would provide my PD measurement, Dr. Weintraub raised his voice at me and treated me with absolute disrespect. I have never had an eye doctor treat me so poorly or refuse to provide the pupillary distance measurement with my RX. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere unless you wish to be treated terribly and upsold into oblivion.
