The worst bank I come to exchange bills for coins, they dont agree to it but after explain I run a business they finally give it to me. Why I have to explain the reason I want to do with my money.

Horrible place. Their debit cards look like trash, the people are incompetent, especially new quota hire Kendra who couldn't manage her way out of a wet paper bag. DO NOT TRUST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS! And I sincerely believe - that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies. That the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity, under the name of funding, is but swindling futurity on a large scale.

I have been banking with VFCU for over 13 years. I've had various vehicle loans, credit cards, and a mortgage through them and it always went smoothly. They react quickly to your concerns and always offer advise along the way. There hasn't been a single bank that has ever treated as great as these people do. My local branch in Milton knew me by name and would ask questions to get to know me better. I appreciate these people so much that when I moved to California last year I refused to switch to a local bank lol. They even still mail me all of my statements and cards across the country. Deposits are a little trickier but even over the phone they have been great to deal with. If you're a Vermont resident and you're looking for a new bank or credit union, you need to go with these people. They'll take care of you. Their loan department is one of the best!

I started an account with this bank checking and savings. I asked them to put 40 dollars in the checking and they gave me my debit card, then I set up my direct deposit. The day my check should have deposited nothing happend. I had several bills that are late due to this happening. I called the bank and found out that the account wasent actualy turned on, and the 40 dollars was deposited in my savings. There is a zero balance in the checking. I now have a live check with no way to leave work to cash it, and no money till next week if I deposit it online. To add to that this weekend is our anniversary weekend wich is now on hold until I can get my money. This has been insanly inconvenient and I'm only continuing buisness with this bank because I have no time to go find another
