Even in the middle of a pandemic that's sent VT home prices through the roof, Craig managed to find us the perfect place, and within our budget as well. He knows everyone in and around the area and made every step of the process easy and pain-free. We'd love to use Craig again, but I never want to move!

After failing to sell a piece of land in a ski area with a local brokerage, we reached out to Craig. Although this was out of his typical territory, he knew the area well and was able to get the property under contract 2 weeks after listing it. The land had previously sat for almost a year with minimal interest. Upon closing there were a few hiccups but Craig's excellent communication skills and drive got this deal over the line. Craig is one of the the true real estate professionals in the area. I would not go to anyone else.

Craig helped me find a vacation rental/vacation home in the tough and crazy market of Stowe fall/winter 2021. He was responsive, honest, helpful and not pushy. He is a busy buyers agent with a lot of connections and experience in the area, and it really helped me end up with a great home. Cant recommend him highly enough.

I have used Craig Santenello for three transactions to include two purchases and one sale and I cannot be more pleased with his superior services. He will advocate on his client's behalf and work tirelessly to ensure that your transaction goes as smooth as possible. He made himself available at all times and maintained communication between all parties to ensure a smooth transaction. Even during one of the busiest periods for real estate agents, he worked tirelessly to make sure that my needs were met. Hopefully, I won't require his services for a long time as three transactions in four years is more that I am looking for. BUT, if I need more services of a skilled real estate agent, the first one I am calling is Craig Santenello.
