The front desk staff were very friendly and the wait time to get into a room was less than 15 minutes. However, I was not at all pleased with the service provided by the PA. I had informed her of a medication I was taking, and she rudely told me that I should not be taking it and questioned who told me it was okay to do so. I told her the medication was approved by my obstetricians at CVMC, but she continued to be rather condescending and repeated that I shouldn’t be taking it. I ended up leaving with no helpful advice and feeling like I just paid for a lecture. Was a complete waste of my time and money. Will do my best to avoid using this clinic in the future.

Buyer beware. When you have a sick family member, this comes up as urgent care when you do a Google search BUT IS NOT! They do take walk ins, however. Everything leads you to believe you are walking in to an Urgent Care facility. I went there twice during my vacation due to various medical needs with members in our party. The website lists it as an URGENT Care which my insurance does cover. There are signs and billing forms that "we missed" I was just told when I called them to figure out the billing fiasco. Sorry I missed those when you have sick loved ones you are not reading the fine print! At no point during check in did someone verbally confirm with me that this was billed as a primary care visit, not urgent care! I understand our insurance coverage and if at any point, someone said this is being billed as a primary care visit, I would have looked for another urgent care location even if I had to travel to Burlington. NOTE: they bill as a primary care facility not walk in urgent care so check with your insurance first or you will be like us paying out of pocket for the entire visit. I would have given 5 stars because our experience with the physician staff was fantastic but I feel very misled.
