I had a fabulous car buying experience at Upper Valley Honda. Zack did a wonderful job. He was very helpful, and quick to respond to any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and patient while locking in all the settings, with someone who is technically challenged, and pairing my phone. I love my Passport, and had a completely stress free experience working with Upper Valley Honda. I have the car I wanted, and a payment that is comfortable for me. I would highly recommend your dealership, as well as Zack Tucker. High marks across the board!

Never EVER go here. If it’s a “free” multipoint inspection, don’t charge for it. If it’s not free. SAY SO. Do not try to pull the wool over your customers’ eyes by changing your terminology halfway through. Parts were severely overpriced. Clerk would not speak to me, only the men who were with me helping me pick and drop off my vehicle. Never ever go here.

We have an adult, disabled son and required a new mini-van; after searching our normal used-vehicle route and discovering a shortage, we began calling around. Zach and the whole team at Upper Valley Honda has supported us from the moment we walked through the door and on return visits with great and friendly service. I like the down-to-earth, honest approach. It was our first time buying a new car and it was the best experience.
