I have had the pleasure of working with Don Jennings for a little over 10 years now, first as a resident and then as a board member. He has always been a conscientious steward of our community, partnering tightly with our board to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks and advising us on how to handle the myriad of issues that can arise for a condo association. Don takes his job seriously and takes pride in the work that he does, no matter how small the task may seem. His work ethic and partnership have consistently led to positive outcomes at our association, so if you need a community manager for your property I cant recommend him strongly enough.

Don Jennings was the property manager for our condo association (Hathorn's Hill in Woodstock, Vermont) for many years under his previous employer, and he developed an excellent working relationship with our president. We chose to transition to Apex Management in January 2023, given Don's local roots, his familiarity with our association, and his strong relationships with local contractors. We are looking forward to working with him again!
