Wragg Brothers-Well Drilling

The people that work there seem nice enough. But, the sold us a par for $250 that we later found out can be purchased for $60. They charged $125 for a diagnostic visit. Which is reasonable. Except the answer they gave us after 10 minutes was I dont know whats happening. "Try installing this $250 part. I dont have time to install it." I had taken the day off work so I had to try it because you cant live without water. I would avoid using this company if you possibly can. BTW, 3% credit card fee. But, they dont take checks so have your cash ready.

Called them and told them that my well went dry. They were supposed to show up on my day off. I waited, they never showed and never called. I left three more messages over the next week, never heard from them... clearly not very professional..Got one of their competitors, they came on a Sunday, fixed it the following week. Waste of a week...my time..and all the while NO water!
