They still have much to learn. I got a automatic oil delivery of 234 gallons today. Got home to a cold home because it was out of oil. No phone call call to check to see if my furnace was still running or not. I bled the lines and got it going myself. Good thing I wasnt away for a few days.

I have a Vermont Castings Stardance propane stove. Audie Bellimer, the wonderful technician who serviced and repaired it for for many years, sold his business to Junction Fuels several years ago.

Junction Fuels has become less responsive to me as a customer as time goes on. I called for a stove cleaning appointment in August and they weren't able to schedule it until October 5th. Then they cancelled that morning due to an emergency. The cleaning was re-scheduled for October 28th and the same thing happened - they cancelled that morning due to an emergency.

Junction then offered me an appointment in late January. My propane stove is my main source of heat and needs to be cleaned annually to work properly, so to my mind, without this heating source in late-October this was becoming an emergency for me, but Junction employee on the phone disagreed with me. When I complained, she suggested I call my propane provider for service.

I called my propane provider, but they can only clean the stove; they can't get parts for it should something need replacing, which sometimes happens with an older stove, and they don't really know much about Vermont Castings propane stoves anyway.

So, Junction Fuels has lost me as a customer and I was lucky enough to find another service technician who really knows his business, and they are hard to find these days. I suspect that if I bought my fuel from Junction, they might have responded to me more acceptably, but I belong to a fuel buying club that secures much better prices and I am not willing to forego that relationship.

Jason has serviced our furnace and thermostat on several occasions this winter. He was always on time, courteous and neat. When we had a furnace failure in the dead of winter, he arrived the same day and fixed the problem. We feel very lucky to have him and your service team.

Was really worried truck couldnt get back to my greenhouse because of the mud but your driver didnt hesitate and backed in and filled my tank, thank you so much!
