I happened to find Dan while doing a random search for properties in Vermont. I feel as though I was so lucky to find him! He has been incredibly helpful, respectful and responsive answering all of my questions almost immediately. He even came back to my house to help me hang a picture after the closing! Dan worked patiently with me for years till I found the exact property I wanted. He was always available to answer calls, questions, assisted me through home inspection, closing , setting up utility accounts.
