        I used to have a good experience at Burke at Herbert bank but the lack of assistance and counseling from this branch and king street branch made me change to another bank. I've never had such a bad experience before

        They have got the worst customer service.  When I came into the branch it took me 1 1/2 hours to be put on an account as a POA.  I then came back to close out the account all the employees I could see were on their cell phones and it has taken three people and almost an hour and I'm still waiting.  You need to train your employees on POA's, because I'm sure I'm not going to be the last one.  The rude Assistant Manager told me to be patient and didn't even bother to say thank you of good bye.  NEVER will I deal with Burke and Herbert again.
