Drive here on a Saturday to find out Saturday is by appointment only. This is after their online says open until 1pm and we called and spoke to someone who said they were open until 2pm. Waste of gas, waste of time. Loss of a customer. Tried to support local small business. Now will purchase online.

I would give zero stars for this sales sweat shop if I could. My friend was a customer with them and I went with her to check out the status of her car. The service that she ordered only takes 48 hours, but this location had her car for one month, because they ordered the wrong part and never notified her. I went there and met with the sales team and ended up speaking with the General Manager. He tried to say that it was not their fault even though they ordered the wrong part and that notifications were not sent. At the end of the day, they did not install the part correctly which is highly dangerous. She ended up going to another business where they reinstalled the device the correct way in a matter of 4 hours. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! You would have better service having your mobile aid installed by a non-qualified person right off the street then by this location.
