Jorge was wonderful and cleaned the couch exceptionally well. I really appreciated the clear and frequent communication about the appointment scheduling and also the service was about 30% less to others when I compared. Plan to schedule service annually.

I need it to get my carpet cleaned before my moms arrival and only had a few days and I called Professional Carpet Restoration LLC first and theyre available to come in two days and the price was great compared to other popular Carpet cleaners that charges double for the same job. Ricardo arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He did warn me that the some spots might be to hard to remove all spots completely and need to replace with new carpet. After finishing the carpet looked great and most of spots were removed. I recommend this company. Easy to deal with, great price and fast.

I have a white cloth couch and a toddler enough said! These guys came once to do a deep cleaning and did a great job! But it was still not like new they called back to follow-up on the service and decided to come back and see if theres anything else they can do! Maybe it needed some time and extra love, but they got the job done! It looks brand new again! Thank you soooo much for your time, care and diligence!!!!

This company did an amazing job cleaning not only an off white carpet, but a white sectional in addition to repairing a burn in the carpet. It was nearly impossible to find someone who could do it, but Jeimy did an excellent job. He was extremely professionalism and provided great work. They even called a few days later to see if the service provided met our expectations and it definitely did. Services: Carpet steam cleaning, Upholstery cleaning, General carpet cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal, Area rug cleaning

I didn't /love/ the experience. The professional who came worked hard and was very polite, but when it came down to payment, the price just kept creeping up at every possible situation. When I initially got the price quote, I had the literal floorplans in front of me and walked through it with a person on the phone. That's why I went with PCR.
When they got here, more and more charges came out of nowhere. "This room will actually cost two." "Your stairs will actually cost two." "I know you paid for a deep clean but to get rid of that stain will cost extra."
My house ultimately looks and feels clean, but the interaction didn't feel so.
