Joining The Alexandria Chamber of Commerce was one of the best things that I could've done for my small business! I am new to Old Town Alexandria, and my friend recommended that I join in order to meet my neighbors and to get more involved in the community.
Thanks to their Director of Membership, Tony Curry, I was immediately immersed in their network and creating new collaborations with neighboring businesses. He inspired me to find new collaborations with the locals and, with the help of the Chamber's vast reach, I am starting to gain the momentum that I need to have a sustainable business. - Thank you Joe, Tony and Erik!

The Alexandria Chamber of Commerce has been amazing to work with. The team is so responsive and their events are so well thought out for the business participants. As a small business, I am grateful for all the connections I have made through the chamber and look forward to all the local leaders I have yet to meet!

The Alexandria Chamber of Commerce is a fantastic organization. Their team puts on great events and provides abundant opportunities for their membership to grow their network and get plugged in. Their annual golf tournament is definitely one of my favorite events. Becoming a member has allowed me to really learn more about how business gets done in Alexandria and I have made countless new connections that have helped me grow both personally and professionally. I'd definitely recommend checking out the Chamber is you're looking to get more involved in ALX. Hope to see you at a future Chamber event!

I am writing this on behalf of my experience as a new Chamber member as a general manager of the new Smashburger in Alexandria/Kingstowne:
The first experience I had with members of the Chamber was during the grand opening of the Smashburger (located at 5920 Kingstowne Towne Center in Kingstowne) that I manage. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Tony, Maria, Joe, Walter and Shannon all showed up to support the return of Smashburger to Alexandria. We were even given free publicity on their website and social media pages. To have that backing from an esteemed group like this can only be beneficial to the continued success of a business. I look forward to working with the Chamber for many years to come!

The Alexandria Chamber has been just what we needed as a new organization in Alexandria. They've helped us make great partnerships and have offered support wherever required. The team is very responsive and has provided support wherever needed. We've used the Chamber website to post our events and open positions. There are lots of opportunities to network and meet other professionals. We are proud to be a part of the ALX Chamber network.
