      image I ordered take out. I arrived and was greeted by a friendly worker who informed me that my straw was in the bag while handing me my drink. Much to my surprise though once I left I learned that it was ONLY the straw and my bowl were in the bag: no napkins, no utensils and no sauce. A take out order should have napkins at a minimum and the take out specialist may ask if utensils are needed. I get cost containment but it has to be commingled with proactive customer service so everyone has a positive dining experience.
