I arrived at TopTech/The Eldest Geek yesterday afternoon with a completely non-functional computer. The previous night, my boyfriend and I had tried to replace the battery in my computer, but there was a screw that wouldn't come out. When I tried to turn the computer back on, it wouldn't work at all. I took it to our IT guy at work and he wasn't able to get the screw out either, and couldn't get the computer to turn back on. Craig looked at my computer and said he would be able to get the screw out and replace the battery (which I had bought myself) in three days. I resigned myself to using my crappy work-issued computer for the next few days. I got a call later that afternoon that my computer had already been fixed. I was just charged for the labor to replace the battery- $60 total. Tl;dr: The Eldest Geek fixed my computer fast for cheap.
