Would never recommend to anyone!!!!!!! The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Funny how a company who is supposed to help your mental health makes your stress levels 10x times worse. I was sent a bill about 10 months ago in the mail for the first time for hundreds of dollars saying it was extremely late...how is a bill late when they had never sent me any email, invoice, or mail statement before this? Well they then stated I had no insurance coverage and so each appointment would be self pay..? There was insurance coverage on my account which was up to date. I called and spoke to an employee and was told that they were incorrectly charging an old insurance that was no longer even on my account. I was told this was sent to someone higher up and was then processed through my insurance which should fix it. Fast forward about a month or so later I receive another bill stating it is still extremely late. I now have to call again and the employee this time tells me someone incorrectly filed multiple claims to incorrect insurances and messed it all up (hopefully this person no longer has a job). This employee has to then delete each separate claim and file new ones which she triple checked with me that each appointment would be filed under the correct insurance this time. I was told it would all be handled and I should no longer have to worry about this issue. Well now it has been 7 months and without any notice, bill, phone call, email, ANY CORRESPONDENCE I view my bank account and noticed they took out $600. This is extremely inappropriate and unprofessional to take out hundreds of dollars out of someone's account without any form of communication to let them know they owe anything. If you don't want to lose money or have issues for months after cancelling your membership do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else if you actually care about your mental health and stress levels.

My experience has been great. I initially started with Thriveworks after the passing of my mom. Julie helped me through some of the worst times in my life. She continues to help me figure out who I am!

I love it very good counselors to help you with anxiety problems. I recommend anyone to them. Very good job!
