Don't look any further - you're making a great decision choosing this office.
Never in a million years would I think I would be saying that I would 1000% recommend an Oral Surgeon to everyone and anyone I know in need of one. I cannot compliment or thank Dr. Shihabi and the amazing staff at Northern VA Oral, Maxillofacial, and Implant Surgery. I went from having a terrifying experience with the first oral surgeon and I would say I was terrified to ever step back into an office for the same procedure.
The moment I met with Dr. Shihabi, I felt nothing but comfort and reassuring of everything that would take place. He was very patient, listened to all of my concerns and wasn't in a rush to get me out. He went through everything so thoroughly that I left the office gloating to my hubby about how confident I was to try the procedure again. Best decision I have ever made. Diana, who is also fabulous, was amazing to work with from the beginning. She was the best on getting me scheduled right away and working through all my insurance/payment details.
The staff here is truly 10/10. I was chicken going in, but almost a week post surgery, I am so thrilled I trusted this office with treating me. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Shihabi for such a great experience.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. This was my first surgical procedure ever so I went into it very anxious. I had SEVEN teeth removed at once and the healing process was not even nearly as painful as I thought it would be. I expected excruciating pain however Dr. Ansari knew exactly what he was doing to make the healing process as smooth as possible. The ladies on the dental team were also so lovely. America, Gaby, Lis & Patty were so knowledgeable on the procedure but also so welcoming and sweet which is exactly what I needed to ease the nerves. Dr. Ansari and his team have got to be the best there is!!! I cant recommend this practice enough!

1) The office staff is extremely professional and friendly.
2) Dr. Shihabi (Dental Surgeon) along with his Dental Team (Tray-Yeraldi-Curtngy-Nadia) took great care and expertise in removing my sons 4 wisdom teeth.
3) Oral Surgery Follow up Directions Perfection!
4) We followed ALL DIRECTIONS for follow up after surgery and my son had minimal swelling and tolerable pain that wasnt significant since he took the recommended Ibuprofen dosages and antibiotics to prevent infection.
