I called at 10am (from out of state) to ask for an arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home by 1:00 for a 2:00 memorial service. I was told the flowers were all available and it would be no problem. The next day the family contacted me to thank me for sending the gorgeous flowers. Well done!!! Thank you so much for your courteous and prompt service. Much obliged!

I spoke with the florist directly (I am from out of state)and they created the arrangement I envisioned for my daughter. They delivered same day to an address in the Alexandria area. Top notch experience all around.

The manager and florists were very helpful and patient with me as I made my choices in store. The recipients were very happy to receive the arrangements which made a great impression! Overall excellent service and timely delivery.

Ive been getting flowers from Enchanted Florist for years. Never once have they disappointed.
Enchanted Florist skips the tacky fillers in favour of complementary colours and textures and beautiful flowers.
And beyond the gorgeous flower arrangements and bouquets, you dont get better customer service. Maria and her team are warm and accommodating. I might even say theyre enchanting.
