The Cleaning Authority - Alexandria

This was my 4th cleaning (I use the bi-weekly service) . I wanted to wait to see if there was consistency as my place is pretty big with 3 levels. I was amazed with the detail of the cleaning. They cleaned down to the base boards and even swept my porches. Staff has been polite and friendly. I'm very happy with the service.

This company does not uphold their advertised standards. They provide an average clean with no attention to detail. The cleaning crews are friendly, non-English speaking woman. I also experienced multiple scheduling issues with agreeing on a set time to clean my home. They failed to clean 1 bathroom in my home that I paid to be clean. They did come back out to clean it, but forgot it the first time due to lack of communication with the home office. They make you pay an outrageous price to initially clean your home to front load their business expenses because you likely wont stay with them more than a month or two. In my opinion, it is not worth it for the price you pay and the hassle you have to deal with. Good luck! Services: Standard cleaning, General housekeeping, Deep clean

Their list of cleaning is great when they follow through.  They don't put things back where you have them when they dust or clean the bathroom showers etc.  The management causes problems for the ladies cleaning.  We were fired as clients because of MARKET ISSUES and their lack of being able to get help yet they are still advertising for clients?

While the cleaning staff were pleasant the process (normal cleaning, rotation cleaning, deep cleaning, etc, etc) is unnecessarily complicated and the cleaning was subpar for the cost. It was absolutely not worth the cost and I would not recommend the business.
