        Our furnace died, and they came out the same day to look at it.  They showed up at 8:00 am the next morning, and within about 24 hours I was warm and toasty again.  The representatives were efficient and professional, and left it cleaner than they found it.  I definitely recommend them!

        Our heater stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. We found DM Select recommended on NextDoor. They scheduled a service for the following day, and narrowed the service call window to work around a work-from-home conference call we had scheduled. Jamie came right on time, had the part on his truck, and fixed it quickly, all for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

        The company contacted me and apologized for the lack of service, which I really appreciated and let me know that it was not up to their standards. The issue was resolved and I appreciate them being proactive.

        They were able to come out quickly on a Saturday and take a look at our AC that had stopped running. The tech was friendly, but didn't offer any solutions other than replacing the entire unit.

        I had a terrible experience with this company.  They had trouble fixing the AC, were rude to me, seemed disorganized, cancelled on short notice, blamed the tenants, blamed the neighbor, and on and on.  Tenants were without AC for many days and were understandably not happy.From the tech making offensive comments about "the girls" who answer the phone at the company to to starting the job without authorization and then blaming the tenants, I just was put off by the conduct of the technician.  When I called him out on it, he berated me and said I must not had ever been nice to anyone in my life.  Whoa.  Way out of line in my view.I wasn't there on the ground so it was he said - she said between the tech and the tenants, but they both had very different accounts of the issue.Given that no one at HQ cared when I called to complain, I suspect my tenants were telling the truth.  I'd find another AC company
