        Came in today to get my phone replaced and update my current plan. Had extremely good customer service and help by Edgar and Aaron. Definitely plan on coming back for future services. It's definitely a good change of experience that I've had at a T-Mobile in a long time.

        Devon and Jey were crazy helpful and made the entire process of switching my number from my old carrier to tmobile super easy.

        I stopped by at 5pm. The store closes at 6pm. The associate had started on another customer and said it would take her an hour to finish upgrading phones on one account. I think she may have just been ready to go home. This location somehow is never able to serve customers well. I do not recommend.
