DO NOT EVER CALL THIS STORE. They literally just answer the the phone saying "what is it?" Then immediately will try to connect you to the 1800 line because they have customers in the store.

I barely write reviews but felt compelled to after a HORRIBLE experience with Rhonda. I came in to cancel my service due to a change of residence. Upon providing my new address for the return of my $50 deposit, Rhonda prematurely terminated my account without me providing an apartment number or confirming the new address with me. When I inquired about confirming the address, she informed me that it was no longer possible as the account had been closed. Seeking assistance, I approached another representative, Darnell, who was both kind and helpful. However, Rhonda intervened, uninvited, displaying a confrontational attitude and questioning the nature of the issue. She asked me what the problem was. Despite explaining my simple request for address confirmation to ensure the receipt of my deposit, she dismissed me with an eye roll and walked over to her colleagues and started talking about me which made me super uncomfortable. Jackie B saw what happened and stepped in, she was super sweet and helped resolve my problem. Rhondas behavior and attitude was uncalled for and extremely disrespectful.

Went to upgrade my router, Angie was super professional, efficient, and courteous!!! I was out the store with the new equipment within ten minutes. Kudos!

the worst ! I mean most people give one star for something very minor . However in case with this store it's very difficult to give them even a 2 star review. No follow up whatsoever and very poor customer service . I'm disconnecting all services with them immediately .
