The perfect academy for adults and children alike to immerse themselves into the world of BJJ. The coaches here absolutely understand how to safely teach and instruct beginners. This sport has completely changed my sons ability to focus, manage his emotions, and provide a physical workout. He started at 4-5 years of age and the change in his confidence and interest has only grown. The academy is a family business and cultivates that family environment for both people who are just getting interested or looking to compete.

I had never done type of sport like this and showed up for a trial class last summer. From the start, the instruction and other students were incredibly helpful. The instructors have created an awesome atmosphere here. Great workouts, Ive learned a ton, and my only regret is I didnt start sooner.

What an amazing environment for our son! He has been training here at CTA Alexandria BJJ for about 2 years and he really enjoys it. The coaches are dedicated on helping him grow and leave the mat inspired to work harder. The experience and skill my son takes away from here will last a lifetime.
