Have received pest control services from AR1 over the past two years, and couldnt be more pleased. Anthony, our technician, is knowledgeable, personable, prompt, and dedicated to resolving issues as quickly as possible. We had a rodent issue that two other companies had failed miserably at dealing with, citing that they werent allowed to employ lethal measures or open walls to find the entry point. After months of basically doing their job for them, we called AR1. Anthony recognized the issue within minutes (we had a degraded pipe that was allowing access), and gave precise guidance for our plumber to follow. We were rodent-free almost immediately, and havent seen any evidence of activity in two years. We have since called for bees and ants; each required just a single visit for complete eradication. If you have something living in your house that doesnt belong there, save yourself a ton of money, time, and stress by calling AR1. I called AR1 about a raccoon family throwing nightly parties on my roof. The gentleman who came to provide an estimate was knowledgeable, professional and honest - he concluded that the best solution was not to trap them, but to trim back the trees next to the house. While I did not use AR1s services this time, I will certainly call on them for any future needs based on this experience.

Today, Anthony from AR1 group came to my home for a flea check and estimate. He arrived on time, was so kind (to me, my toddler, and dogs), and did a thorough inspection. He was so honest that he actually recommended that I not move forward with treatment as he found no evidence of fleas. I think it may be my first experience ever where I requested an estimate and was told I didn't actually need the service. This tells me that this company is honest and well established in the community. Therefore, I'll definitely be using AR1 in the future if I need them and will request Anthony for sure.
