We felt completely disrespected by a lawyer and the staff answering phones at this law firm.  No one should feel like we were made to feel.  Did not get the services that we had expected or wanted.  Lawyer seemed unprepared during our few phone calls and eventually became harder and harder to get communication from.  Never even sent a letter out to the person we were trying to sue (after weeks of waiting).  Once we decided to fire the firm three weeks into our relationship with them, it was like pulling teeth to get our remaining money back.  Two other lawyers outside the firm had to make multiple calls and emails before the lawyer at the firm finally completed the documentation for us to get a paltry remainder back of our initial retainer.  We felt like, for around $2000 of work, we should have received much more.  Very disappointed is a huge understatement.  We had to get a new lawyer at a different firm that could actually get the job done.  The difficulty in communicating and failure in getting our job accomplished were what we will remember most about our short experience in trying to work with this firm.
