ServiceMaster is absolutely phenomenal. It is a rarity these days to deal with a company as responsive and as professional as ServiceMaster. We had a significant mouse issue in one of our listings and ServiceMaster did a masterful biohazard cleanup in difficult circumstances and on a very tight timeline. The project manager (Chris) was knowledgeable, accessible and went above and beyond to satisfy the needs of both our clients and the future owner of the home. The crew (led by David & Bryan) was exceptional and worked late into the night to complete the project on time. As a real estate professional, ServiceMaster will be the company I call for all of my restoration needs in the future.

We scheduled their service following water damage to our first floor and finished basement. We got the initial damage under control, and that we were not in an emergent situation, Julio and Sandra showed up the next business day at 10 am. They promptly evaluated the situation, surveyed it, and rapidly began remediation. They worked around our foster dogs, our own dog, and our belongings in the adjacent areas, quickly covered up our furniture, and erected temporary barriers to ensure safe and timely completion of extensive drywall work. They made sure that our things were protected from every bit of water and drywall they removed, bagged everything, laid plastic over our carpet, and cleaned up the area, leaving absolutely no residue, insulation, or dust in the area. We were very impressed with their timeliness and professionalism that we observed. The same applies to Dennis and Bernard that conducted our followup appointments, they kept us informed about the project, and ensured we were in the know for remediation and further demolition efforts. After discovering a pipe leak in the wall and finding that the water had migrated underneath our kitchen cabinets and floor we contacted ServiceMaster NCR for help. From the first meeting with Noel who came out to assess, the removal and cleanup process with Sandra, Bernard, Julio, and Oscar, and finally the drying/dehumidifing and check-ins with Dennis, we couldnt be more impressed with the help and professionalism that the team provided while onsite. They were able to think creatively and remove only the impacted areas while preserving much of the rest of our kitchen. Communications were clear, we were kept updated on what was happening, the team was friendly and helpful this is the team you want when things go wrong! I hope that I dont need them again, but if I do Ill call Dennis and team without thinking twice.
