Highly disappointed in the new management with this apartment complex. Prior to switching over to their new management, the Maxwell was super great and accommodating for your budget and worked with me to help me with rent when I was going through a tough time financially. However, since moving to Bozzuto, their management does not care about their renters and tacks on fees for just about anything. My apartment has experienced multiple issues with hot water going out on and my fridge breaking and not keeping food cold enough. I had to replace my groceries entirely on two separate occasions because their maintenance could not care less about fixing my fridge, which was an expense I could not afford either time. My fridge is still broken to this day and wont make ice and if i move the dial at all to make it colder/warmer, it breaks the entire fridge completely. Any time I have gone to their front desk to inquire about something, their workers seem irritated and bothered by my presence and are less than welcoming. Additionally, the amenities are not worth your money. The grill outside was broken for over two years and any time I wanted to use it, it wouldnt work. Packages are constantly left outside of the package room so people can just steal your packages if they wanted to. The gym is always dirty and there are never any sanitizing wipes down there and the water fountain also doesnt work. They charge you $500 for an amenity fee for things that dont work and overall its a waste of money. Plus theyll charge you a move out fee which is absolutely ridiculous. Dont move here unless you wish to spend over $2,500 a month for a less than stellar apartment.

I really appreciate the leasing office (Ashleigh & Richard) for their prompt replies, call backs and assistance during the move in process! It really made the moving in experience so much easier.

Im sad to see some bad reviews. Our experience has been great. Rich is awesome, the apartment is great. The area is perfect. I have everything within one block.

My wife and I had both our bikes stolen last summer. The bike locker had not one but two swipe access doors the thieves would have to get past. There was also a security camera.
The Maxwell was entirely useless about helping us out. Couldnt provide security footage to the police. Couldnt answer our questions. Most importantly they didnt email out the residents of our building informing them if the theft of our bikes that cost us $2500. The Bozzuto permanently told us how much they dont care about the residents.
This was the same year they raised the rent of our unit despite their being a same sized unit available for rent in the building that was hundreds of dollars less.
