Update: No one ever contacted me about my previous complaints which is not really a surprise. Now when I asked to fix the fan in the bathroom, that comes on automatically when the lights are turned on, to be re-wired they say they can’t do anything. Even after I explained it gives me massive headaches they basically said nope we can’t do anything but look at the fan. Worst customer service I’ve ever had at an apartment complex. Maybe I should send them my doctor’s bills to get migraine medicine to help the headaches? Would never recommend to anyone to live here unless you want a horribly built apartment and horrible service. Happily moving out in September.
Not sure who built the apartment but they had no clue what they were doing. All of the cabinets in the kitchen get loose in their hinges even after tightening, they do not line up with each other so they do not close easily. The air vent that connects to the kitchen goes directly to my bedroom vent so I hear everything in the kitchen. Most people use common sense and stagger them to prevent this.There is no insulation or sound proofing in between my bedroom and the kitchen so I hear the cabinets and microwave slam close every time they are open/closed as well as when people take things out. I can hear my every noise my neighbors make above me so no soundproofing there. When I moved into my room, there were dot stains all over the walls and when I spoke to the leasing office guy that was there he said it would be no problem and even put the maintenance request in for me. Then a couple days later I got an email saying my request was denied even though I was assured it would be no issue to fix. Called the leasing office and spoke with Jennifer to see what was going on and she said they only paint the walls every 4 years so I guess if you move in chances are you walls won't be newly painted, which is ridiculous. She offered to give me the paint she already had so I could paint. Why should I have to paint the walls of placing I am paying to live at when the spots on the walls are not my fault? Horrible customer service as they lie to new residence. Maintenance is quick when needed is the only upside.
