Today was the culmination of what has been the most disturbing and disappointing experience living here. We were violently woken up at 6am as the unit above us was raided by the FBI. Ive been complaining to management about the upstairs neighbors for more than 3 months. My complaints were ignored and no one from management bothered to follow up with me. The only person I spoke to was Alexandro but he explained to me that he is a leasing officer and not part of management. For the FBI to be involved there was clearly criminal activity going on this whole time. Im still waiting for management to offer some kind of explanation, apology or reassurance that the problem has been addressed. I no longer feel safe living at Trove.
So if youre considering living here keep in mind that the walls, floors, and ceilings are paper thin. You will hear you neighbors conversations, arguments, and most intimate moments. Dont expect any privacy. And your complaints will likely be ignored. All of the extra amenities cannot make up for being miserable in your own home.

We thoroughly enjoy residing at the Trove. Our experience, from the initial tour with Alexandro to settling into our unit and relishing the beautiful amenities, has been exceptional. We want to extend a special shout-out to Vonetta, whose assistance made our move-in process incredibly smooth. Despite having to ship numerous items, she ensured that everything was delivered promptly to our unit. Throughout our time here, we've consistently been greeted with smiles from all the staff members Terry, Stephan, Christine, and more. We are truly delighted to be a part of this vibrant community!

Amazing experience at the trove thus far! Friendly residents, supportive leasing team, and all around great staff. Shoutout to Ella for being so helpful during my time here. For someone nervous about moving initially, im glad I chose Trove!

My fianc and I have lived here for close to a year now and have renewed our lease for another year. We love our space, and especially for a luxury apartment in Arlington, it is very affordable. We use the workout room all the time and love the rooftop in the summer.
The staff are extremely responsive and truly do go above and beyond when it comes to maintenance requests and just helping their tenants. The maintenance staff has always come the next day, and Alexandro, one of their leasing agents, truly cares about the residents that live there. I dropped my car keys down the elevator shaft trying to get out the door for work, and he was able to solve the problem within 20 minutes. We've lived in the DMV for several years, and the Trove is by far our favorite -- thank you!!

shout out to Alexandro and the maintenance team! i recently purchased a couch, and was struggling to move it from the mail room to my unit alone. Alexandro and the maintenance team moved it for me and helped me put it inside my unit and it was such a life saver! I couldnt be more grateful!
