you have to be out of your mind not to want to live here (given the location). I was grandfathered in through a Covid deal and absolutely loved it here. That said, I feel the management made up an excuse about neighbor complaints to evict me - I was paying about $500/month less than the market rate for a studio. Doesn't surprise me - property management companies can be sketchy - but maintenance is lightning fast, neighbors are sociable and quiet (mostly), the courtyard is beautiful, and ofc you can't beat the location. If you can afford it, I say go for it. Only downside aside from cost is the smell of cooking definitely lingers in the hallways and walls are thin. The Prime is a close second

Alright, here's the no-holds-barred, straight-up truth about this place. First off, the walls are so thin you might as well not have any. You're going to hear everything and I mean everything. Neighbors getting busy at all hours, people walking in the hallways, you name it. It's like living in a reality show you never signed up for.
And the dogs? Non-stop barking. Management's big solution is to spam us with emails begging us to keep our pets quiet, as if we hadn't thought of that. Zero real action taken.
The build quality of these units is a joke. Everything feels like it's made of cardboard. Appliances are on a break-fix-repeat cycle, and maintenance's idea of fixing things is basically a temporary patch job at best.
Trying to find a front desk attendant when you need one is like searching for a unicorn. They're never around, especially not for package pickups or when you actually have a question. And don't even think about 24/7 service management openly admitted they're too stingy to offer that because it's "too much money."
And then there's the courtyard if your unit faces it, good luck getting any peace. It's party central for a bunch of recent grads who have no concept of "quiet hours." It feels like they think every night is the weekend.
Walking down the hallways, you're hit with the stench of whatever everyone's cooking, and it just hangs in the air because of the non-existent insulation.
There's a reason this place is rated so low. It's a disaster, managed by people who clearly don't give a damn. It's frustrating beyond belief.

I've only been living here for two months so I will update accordingly. The process was really smooth and I love my apartment. I will say that after 8/9pm it gets soooo difficult to find a parking spot no matter what day it is. This makes it really difficult to come and go as you please without considering that you have to be home at a certain time to secure a spot. There have been many occasions where I have circled the garage for 10 to 15 minutes before squeezing into a spot. There's also a ton of cars that are not mindful to other vehicles and will park far over the line. The walls are also pretty thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations. That doesn't bother me too much but if anything I said are your deal breakers, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Amazing customer service by Maintenance Manager Renee H. and the entire staff. They really prioritize the tenant to resolve issues and provide top-level customer support. Thank you Renee!
