Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this contractor.  I found them to be very unprofessional and their customer service to be poor. The business appears to be operating out of someone's home and they did not provide the type of customer service that you'd expect from a real corporate business.  I contacted them for an estimate, and while they responded quickly, scheduling the date for an in-person visit required a lot of back and forth. Their phone line has something wrong with it; half the time the phone call doesn't go through.  You have to keep calling to get the phone to connect. They took days to respond to emails and calls, or didn't respond at all. Eventually, the in-personal estimate was scheduled.  I took time away from work to accommodate the visit, but 9 minutes AFTER their scheduled arrival time, they emailed me to say they were not coming due to illness.  They did not call me. I just happened to check my email while I was waiting for them; I feel they should have called to reschedule due to the last minute nature of the change.  The visit was rescheduled for the following week and they showed up.  I was charged $50 for the estimate, which could be put toward the total cost of the job. I thought they'd do the job on the spot (since it was such a small, easy job), but they said no, they're only there for an estimate, which was unclear at the outset.  They had to come back to do the job, which was a surprise.  They sent a formal estimate a couple of days later and I said yes and asked to schedule the service appointment.  They said they'd call to schedule but they never did. I tried to schedule the service appointment for 3 weeks. They did not respond to multiple calls (when I could get through) and multiple emails. Not even a courtesy notice to say they were busy, had a delay, or simply didn't want to do the job because it was too small and not worth their time (which was my suspicion). I had no choice but to give up and find another contractor.  I requested a refund of the $50 deposit (via Venmo), which they refunded almost immediately without any question, which I interpreted as their admission that they simply didn't want to do the job but didn't have the professionalism to say that. I was just shocked by the lack of professionalism and lack of communication throughout the process.  Buyer beware...

Things started off ok but our estimate had to be rescheduled three times. The estimator was over 30 minutes late past the time he said he would arrive with no call. The estimator sent a proposal to which we responded and we still to this day have heard nothing back. I have been trying to call the main number for over a week now and leaving messages and no one has responded to me.

Been a longtime Handyman in DMV user, and they continue to impress. Miguel just installed an outlet in about 1/3 of the expected time and then quickly fixed a busted shower handle. I've used them for so many jobs, both big and small, that I expect the best from them. They definitely delivered today, and I continue as a loyal user.
