*****Updating review from 1 yr ago***** Waste of money, although I went back to exchange for bigger sizes, they all run small. The undergarments give wedges, so it's annoying. *********************************************** When I first walked in, neither of the 4 employees welcomed me. As I went from one side to another, then towards the middle, I was greeted by Karina, and she offered me some assistance and answered my questions. After I was about to walk out, I stopped to look at something, and then Kenyell offered me assistance, and I decided to purchase some panties. I really appreciate the help I received today.

Beautiful & delicate lingerie and nightwear are found here. The staff are very helpful in making sure each piece fits correctly. Prices vary depending on the style & fabric. It's a good place to find lingerie for your special person; wife or girlfriend.

BEWARE and STAY AWAY FROM this store! If I could put 0 I would but that was not an option. Bought some things online for the first time and it said that they can be returned/exchanged for free in store. I happened to be in the area and stopped by the store to exchange some things that didnt work out. The employee who worked there told me they dont take returns or exchanges. I showed her website where it clearly states that returns/exchanges can be done in the store. Then she played the manager card saying that her manager doesnt allow it and she follows what the manager tells her and if I would like to speak with a manager then I should come back in 3 hours. I also emailed company directly and its been 2 weeks and nobody replies. What a horrible experience as a new customer. I would never come back and dont advise you.
