        Though my two meetings with Mr. Koerner were brief and for the purposes of notarizing important court documents, I found him to be quite pleasant, fully professional, and immediately available. His manner of speaking is frank, yet to the ends of making the client feel comfortable with his presence and work-ethic. Repeatedly asking questions, however pertinent or obvious, does not deter or annoy him and this in itself sets Mr. Koerner apart from many of his contemporaries within the NoVa legal system. *I highly recommend Elder Law on Wilson Blvd for your Estate Planning needs.*
