USCIS Potomac Service Center

I have been trying to contact this center for months and months for my husband s green card renewal ; Form I90 was filed in April 2021 sent them the application along with the fee 540 .They did cash the check but never renewed the green card and trying to get in touch with someone there is an ordeal. Terrible service . Does anyone know what to do? I called and also sent lots of emails but I cannot get anybody to talk to !!!

Hello everyone. Those of you sending documents to this office might be having difficulty in finding the address. I sent my documents last week via UPS and they entered the address as follows: USCIS Potomac service Centre 2200 Potomac center drive, stop number (memo line) 2200 Crystal drive , Arlington, VA 22202-3730. Package was delivered to right address and I got a receipt notice. I hope it helps. Regards
