Ryan helped us during the height of COVID when buying a home was like the real estate hunger games. He was able to quickly secure us an excellent rate, lower than other professionals in the area. We were also moving from out of state, had a 6 hour time difference and were working in a quick and multiple offer market. Ryan was supposed to help us during our home buying purchase in 2020. After we went under contract and Ryan assured us the loan would get approved, Ryan went on vacation and was not reachable for about a week. Upon his return, he informed us that he was leaving Wells Fargo but there would be no issues getting our loan processed. Ryan was not responsive to calls or emails during this time and our loan ultimately did not get approved due to a techinicality Ryan was aware of and told us would not be a problem. After getting the sellers of the home we were looking to purchase to agree to a financing contingency extension, we had to switch lenders to get the deal done. We wasted a ton of time, energy and money throughout this process and felt completely abandoned by Ryan.

The best part was that this entire process was completed in about 2 weeks - with no unpleasant surprises..
