As a buyer I have closed on on over half a dozen transactions across multiple states and I have never had a team that was as easy to work with as Brandon and his team at Guaranteed Rate. They provided disclosure documents regularly, which I had never experienced, and were extremely transparent and kept communication flowing easily and proactively. I highly recommend using Brandon and his team if you want a group of professionals. For my other Veterans and Service Members, this was my 4th time doing a VA loan and it was the best experience Ive had yet and we closed in under 30 days! Highly recommend!
