Recently had the pleasure of working with Josh and the Friedson team. A truly amazing group of hardworking people.
We were under contract for a property with 8 days to go before closing. We ran into a snag with our initial lender and was forced to find a new lender. Our realtor recommended Josh and his team as backup. They were able to quickly pull together for us and we got the loan ready in time for closing. 7 DAY CLOSING!!!!
This team really pushed through for my family. They worked tirelessly to get us cleared with underwriting, working late into the night, and following up in a respectful manner to get all the documents situated. They even got an appraisal rushed, in and out with 4 days.
