Did you get stuck when the garage closed? Heres how to get to your car: -Go into the hotel and use the elevators to go down to G2 -Exit the elevator area to your right and find the gate to the ramp that goes down. It says no hotel guests on the ramp arm. -Walk down to G3 (watch for cars) -Turn right and youll see a door to the stairs. I believe it was red/maroon and Im not sure there was a sign that it was stairs. -Open door and walk up to your level. Find your car. -Follow exit signs down to G3 to get to the ramp you walked down. -Drive up the ramp. -Scan and pay. Turn left, scan same ticket again. -Youre free! Drive on up and out.

Parked vehicles there for the week while on leave visiting DC. Went to leave Saturday morning to drive back to Georgia to my Army base find the whole place locked up tight. Who locks up on weekends in 2021? My bad for not checking the hours, but still. Called the parking companys after hours line and they told me unless I was trapped inside they couldnt help they wouldnt call a building manager or a security nope. I had to call the building security who found an engineer. He showed me that the hotel next door was another way into the garage. The plaza and hotel shared parking, but it was separated by a fence.except through the G3 level and that through and ESTABLISHING EXIT out the hotel I could get my car out properly. There where signs that direct you out that way. Wasnt his job. He helped. Not that car parking people.
