Ive been using rent simple for over a year and have nothing but great things to say about the team. They did their due diligence in finding a quality tenant, researched and presented a competitive rent price, and have always responded timely to maintenance requests. I live overseas and had to put my trust in rent simple to manage my property. They have absolutely fulfilled their end of the deal.

We have been using RentSimple to rent our home for 2 years now and have had a great experience. This is our first time using a rental agency. Will Austin was really good in explaining things, making recommendations and getting our home rented right away to great tenants. We then had some problems getting information and working with one of their administrators, but this person left. We have since been working with Abby the last 6 months or so and those problems have gone away. She has been proactive and easy to work with. She is very responsive, thorough and understanding. We are very happy with RentSimple. They are professional, experienced and great at what they do.
