I had an excellent experience with Heart of Wood Tree Service. We moved into a house that had a severely overgrown Crepe Myrtle. It had grown around power lines and had branches that touched the House. Thomas came out and gave us a free quote and left us with several options. Importantly, he did ask how I wanted to have the tree trimmed - to look natural or to be severely cut back. The crew came out and did the job quickly and well. In addition, they did an AMAZING job of cleaning up after themselves. They raked the yard for any extra branches and removed any scrap that fell off the tree. I highly recommend this company.

Our Community needed to address some very large trees at the rear of our property. There is no real easy access due to location. We collected (4) quotes and were given different options from each one.
Out of the (4) Heart of Wood came in with the overall best price and the best options. I met with Thomas and immediately knew I was working with someone that knew what they were doing. He looked over the trees and recommended we remove (2) and just trim one up. He was straight forward on our options. He provided several based on what we wanted to spend on the project. His company offered tree removing with no heavy equipment and no disturbance to the property which was exactly what we were looking for this in this project.
Thomas had his crew on-site within a week after we made our decision (even with the Thanksgiving holiday). His Crew was amazing, if not for the sounds of chain-saws I would not have even known they were cutting down huge trees with branches extending everywhere. I really cannot describe the stress that we had over this project as the trees were huge and in a precarious spot leaning towards a neighboring community.
Thomas from start to finish worked with me via phone, email, and on-site visits. His guys were absolutely amazing to watch as they safely & quickly removed our problems. They did a great job cleaning up and the area looks better than when they started. I could not be more happy with the work they did. Our stress is gone and at a price & option that we can live with, I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Heart of Wood.
Definitely will be who we work with for any future tree issues.

Thomas came by the day after I called, provided a quote that was excellent, and the work was completed less than a week later. The crew was very professional, did a great job, and cleaned up so well.
