After multiple estimates that were all over the place for encapsulating my 250 sq ft crawl space, Lane from Crawl Space Brothers showed up with an estimate that was half (sometimes more) the price that others quoted. He wasnt trying to upsell with products I didnt need. The 2 man crew of Hunter and Jay were super efficient and took less than a day to get the job done. Would recommend them!

Lane and the Crawl Space Brothers did a wonderful job encapsulating our crawl space in our 100 year old house, rebuilding and sealing the access door. They finished the job efficiently with limited disruption to our household. When there was a short (unavoidable) delay in the middle of our project, Lane communicated with us and came out to make sure the yard and driveway were clean and clear for the days there was no work. On days when they needed access indoors, they worked around my complicated schedule. Work looks great and our house is already warmer! Thanks guys!! Services: Mold inspection, Waterproofing
