Bill and his team did a fantastic job with our patio! It was a tough project, given the specifications: a large stamped concrete patio in the middle of summer. Bill showed us the options, gave suggestions, accommodated our requests, detailed the steps involved and kept us updated along the process. He also took care of a couple of other things that were not part of the original contract. Lastly, from what we have shopped around, the price is also reasonable. I worked with Bill over the course of probably almost a year to get a new deck for my home. Timing, finances, and availability drug the job on (on my part) but he remained patient. Bill is easy to speak to, down to earth, friendly and professional. He and his crew took care of all permits and the job was done extremely quickly once building began. I did not find a single scrap cut remaining in my yard after they left. And, of course, the deck looks great. Deal with confidence when it comes to Dynamic Renovations. Service: Deck construction

We contracted Dynamic Renovations this Spring for a new 20'x20' Trex deck to replace our 20-year old wooden deck. Bill was great to work with. He met us multiple times at our house during the planning process to go over options and design, took care of county permitting, and was on site during construction to lead the project. He worked with us to make small changes on the fly and knocked the finished product out of the park. It's evident that Bill appreciates quality materials and a finished product that the customer will love. The entire tear down and construction took one week, and workers were onsite every day. Weve received a lot of compliments on the deck and have spent more time enjoying it than we ever did our old deck. We highly recommend Dynamic Renovations for new deck construction!

Dynamic Renovations just finished our master bathroom remodel and we could not be happier with the result. We have worked with 3 other remodeling companies for other projects and Dynamic Renovations was the best to work with and the quality was excellent. The entire team was very communicative, honest and extremely friendly and kind. The crew was impeccably clean and so respectful of our space and time. Dynamic Renovations has been wonderful to work with. They literally take care of EVERYTHING - from planning, directly answering my HOA's questions, dealing with the county, and everything in-between. As a first-time homeowner (who recently dealt with a not-so-great contractor for major repairs), I genuinely appreciated Bill's patience when explaining every step of the process and answering my very detailed questions (seriously, I would send him a novel of questions). He does a great job making sure his clients are comfortable and taken care of. My new Trex deck looks amazing and I can't wait until the team finishes my new patio and fence! I definitely recommend Dynamic Renovations.
