        Should spend less time selling and more time serving customers. In a long line bankers, some in casual Friday attire, were trying to sell their banking products to the now captive audience. If you are a banker, and its the end of the day on Friday, shouldnt you be trying to help all the customers get through the line as fast as possible to, you know, do their BANKING?!?! Theyre not trying to buy your bs (banking product name xyz), they are trying to get outta there. Go ahead and jump behind the counter, play teller, and get it done. You will catch so many more banking clients over time if you just practice excellent customer service every time.

        I went to open acc and the lady told at the front told me they are busy I came come back next day so she can make appointment doesn't make sense because they have 2 hours to close and they only have 1 customer at the time.
