Purchase my GX from this dealership. Jay was very knowledgeable, professional and overall provided an incredible service. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase! I would give 5 starts but there was a situation after I paid for my vehicle the manager Kirk would not release me my GX as my check did not reach the companys bank account. I showed him it cleared my bank account and an image of the dealerships signature on the back of the check on my banking app. He then started to talk about how people fraud institutions with fake checks and started asking questions about the legitimacy of my personal business. I felt extremely uncomfortable about this conversation. I spoke with Jay and he was able to speak to Kirk and released my vehicle to me.

No hassle no pressure just straight too it had a deal in place came in left keys in hand half hour later definitely recommend.

Honestly I think it was decent experience first off I will say the techs did a good job. But there were a few mistakes . Coming from someone who used to work. At a dealership shop 1: and max 1 1/2 hour job took almost 4 and 1/2 hours 2: I know people gotta make money but to wait 4 hours cause of a mistake and get no discount crazy 3: Im the one who saw the mistake not the service writer or techs JOB: simple 2 tire mount and balance the mistake was that I accidentally rotated my staggered tires and needed a rotate + tire mount and balance on the rear so they needed to be rotated and swapped not a big deal but 2 hours in I asked for my earbuds when taken back to the car I saw the wrong tires missing then pointed at the problem so I walked away hoping I was wrong but the service writer didnt follow me back up front also noticed and after he went to the techs and let them know so they went back and changed it. All in all I would go back to get the other 2 tires done in the future but would have changed the way it was handled this time but the techs did a great job cause the last time I did my tires the rims got a little scratch they didnt do that so techs 10/10 I would give the service adviser maybe a 6/10
