Art @ Bullion & Diamond was fantastic to work with! My fianc found JUST the wedding band she wanted on their website.. unfortunately thanks to Covid, our timeline had been shortened dramatically so we werent sure wed be able to get her this beautiful eternity diamond band. I called and spoke to Art and he was able to meet our extremely short timeline like it was nothing! He was VERY accommodating and professional. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone!

I usually don't post negative reviews (mainly because I've worked in customer service and I know how crazy it can get), but I was really disappointed by the service I received here back in August. I had recently gotten engaged and one of the canary diamonds in the halo had fallen out while baking (learned my lesson). I took it to Bullion and Diamond, about 40 minutes out of the way, due to the great reviews, not wanting to trust just anyone with something that meant so much to me. I was told the jeweler was out but he would get to my ring during the week and they could replace no problem. And the price was great -- way lower than I was expecting. Not a problem, I could pick it up later that week. However, when I reached out during the week to see how it was going and get an approximate time to pick it up, I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I left messages and never got a call back. I emailed, never got a response. In a panic, I drove out again just to be told that they had been too busy and that's why they couldn't pick up my calls and my ring would be done the next day and they would call me that night once the jeweler was working on it. I never got a call. I called multiple times the next morning and they still didn't pick up. I had to been told to contact an employee who was on her vacation because they didn't have the tracking number for the diamond and couldn't answer any of my questions. I thought the professionalism was subpar. The fact that no one ever answered and I had to drive out there multiple times just to get answers to what the status was of my ring. The employee on her vacation was honestly the saving grace of this place, and the only reason I added an extra star. She was insanely responsive and apologetic and gave me a discount for all the trouble. Once the ring was done, the stone looked nice, but they gave it to me with black polish still in the crevices. No issue, they fixed it and I left and went on my way home. Now, less than 6 months later, that same stone has fallen out again. I refuse to take it back here because of my previous experience. I hope they figure out a better way to communicate with customers to prevent something like this from happening again.
