I'm extremely unhappy with the service provided to me. I just went for Annual physical as it would be covered by my insurance. As part of the conversation , I answered the questions asked by doc and team. I was not at all aware that I have been given additional tests to be taken. I had to pay those biills and pay for doc follow up video call. I lost about 250$ on this. Utter waste of my money and time. Each bill was a surprise to me and I had to struggle so much to pay it off. Please inform all your patients in advance on what is in store for them with respect to billing or what they are getting into.

Staff is not knowledgeable of what specific services are offered. Young lady at the front desk was on FaceTime when I walked in and was not pleasant. I made an appointment and explained EXACTLY what I needed. Only to get there and the doctor could not help. Also, while getting my vitals checked I was advised that my blood pressure was low. While waiting I am extremely nervous only to find out the young lady doesnt know what a normal or low BP is. I expressed my frustrations as my time was wasted and the Dr.Goryle was not understanding or apologetic. Will never go to this office again!
