We came in looking for an agent and left with a beautiful house and a friend.

She was easy to work with and very prompt with delivery of documents. While doing the inspection of the apartment she noticed some things that I didnt and definitely had my best interest at heart. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone that is looking to buy or rent!

Jenn was such a great realtor that she made me feel confident in purchasing my first home in this crazy VA market. This market has been brutal, but she stayed positive and attentive in guiding me through this whole process, including dealing with my meltdowns. She is also incredibly responsive and follows up quickly. Even after closing on the house, she has still been so helpful with recommendations for professionals for painting, pest control, and etc! I couldn't have done this without her!

We are moving from a small, mid-western town to a Washington D.C. suburb. We tried for a few weeks to find a rental house on our own and felt completely lost at every turn.
