Heitmann Physical Therapy and Wellness

Been to a few different PTs over the years for aches and pains leftover from collegiate rowing. Tyrone was the first PT to actually ask about rowing and have rowing knowledge! In only 3 sessions (over 3 weeks), Tyrone helped me to understand what motor patterns my body has adopted over the years, and gave me exercises that saw immediate results. With each session being an hour long, it feels like youre getting the attention needed for complex issues. I cant recommend this clinic more highly, Tyrone mixes patient-focused care with decades of knowledge and I couldnt be happier with my continued results towards pain-free living!

Ive had physical therapy three different times for knee, shoulder and neck injuries, but I never saw the level of attention to injury detail as what Ty Heitmann provided my 13 year old son. His knowledge and experience showed immmediate results in the healing process. After the first session, my sons back injury was 80% fixed and a few sessions later it was completely gone enabling him to return to sprinting at 100% on the soccer field. I highly recommend Ty Heitmann to anyone especially for sports related injuries.

I was treated at Heitmann Physical Therapy for foot injury and neuropathy as a result of a nerve block. The therapy was not the cookie cutter therapy typically used. Ty worked hard to resolve the problem and provided excellent care.

After going to an orthopedic doctor, physical therapists and other body work professionals I found Ty. He was able to pinpoint issues with my gait and provide specific exercises and treatments to fix those issues. The improvement in just a few weeks is remarkable!! Ty Heitmann is knowledgeable and thorough and I highly recommend him.
