Benchmark Property Management is beyond fantastic. I just signed my 2nd lease agreement with BPM. Maggie Santamaria was very professional at communicating with us during our time at this property. Whenever there was a question or concern about anything, she would respond quickly and get it taken care of. If there was any maintenance that needed to be done on the property, the support team at BPM will get it taken care of immediately. If I was a homeowner, I would definitely entrust my property to their care. Maggie Santamaria will go beyond the norm to ensure you're taken care of. BPM is worth 10 stars and I would recommend to both renters and property owners. I would also like to thanks Amir for making sure the home is well taken care of.
